In signing this document, I have read, understand, and agree to this release form.
I represent that I am fully knowledgeable of the danger and hazards associated with
riding motorcycles. I certify that I am duly licensed and competent to operate a motorcycle
in a safe manner. I am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics
of my motorcycle while ride. I have and always carry valid motorcycle liability insurance as
required by law. I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that may affect
my safety or the safety of others. I will not while under the influence of any narcotic, or
other drug that may impair my understanding or judgment while riding as a, or wearing the patch
of the Sacred Bones Society MC.
I acknowledge that, I as a participant in any activities and or representing the Sacred Bones
Society MC, do so solely by my own choice, I relinquishes any responsibility of the Sacred Bones
Society MC (SBSMC) and all liabilities resulting in participation in any related event or activity.
Any personal injury or property damage resulting during any activity or at any time becomes solely
the responsibility of the individual parties involved, and at no time shall the SBSMC be held liable.
I further understand, that any individual involved in any illegal activities does so on his own
accorded; SBSMC does not condone any such activities.
The Sacred Bones Society MC considers safety to be the most important feature of any ride.
Given the nature of the club's structure and that our membership is a voluntary membership,
at no time does the SBSMC accept responsibility for any rider's actions or lack of action before,
during or after a ride or activities.
Each individual rider is 100% responsible for:
- Safely operating their vehicle in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws
or their country. Making sure that they and their vehicle are un-impaired, and are currently functioning
safely. Making sure that they can perform and maneuver safely in the riding environment. At all times,
each rider must ride within his or her capabilities safely.
The SBSMC does not condone drinking and riding. Anyone participating as or wearing SBSMC patch at
any time that consumes alcoholic beverages or any other substance that may impair his or her ability
to operate a motorcycle or any other motor vehicle does so without the consent of the SBSMC. Everyone
that participates as a SBSMC status must follow the laws regarding driving under the influence set
forth by the state(s) within which that ride or activity takes place.
